Herb Williams, President

Herb Williams, founder of Delphi has over 40 years experience as a political consultant.  It was through his former survey firm that he became acquainted with Santa Rosa, where he conducted the very first survey regarding the widening of Highway 101.  Herb moved to Santa Rosa in 1992 with his son, Jesse.  Since then, he has focused on Northern California issues and candidates. In Sonoma County, he has run 51 successful campaigns for 24 City Council Members and two County Supervisors.  His proudest achievement is his Eagle Scout Award.  He is President of the local Boy Scout Council. Currently, he is a member of the National Board of Directors of the Alzheimer’s Association.

   
Julio Caceres, Secretary
 
Julio is originally from Ecuador - South America. He moved to Sonoma County in 2003 to work for a local Community Bank and Real Estate, directly involved with the Hispanic Community. He has over 18 years of experience in Banking, Finances and Real Estate and currently works for First Community Bank and REMAX Full Spectrum. Julio has been Board Member and Vice President of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Sonoma County, Board Member and Treasurer of The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals of Sonoma County, and volunteer of many committees for non-profit organizations in the County. Julio is married with two daughters, "Isabella" and "Valentina", he enjoys sports, traveling and spending time with his family outdoors.
   
Efren Carrillo, Board Member

By the time he was elected to his seat on the Sonoma County Board of Supervisors at the age of 27(!), Efren Carrillo had already distinguished himself as a dedicated and innovative community leader. Following graduation from UC Berkeley (with a bachelor’s degree in environmental science and policy) and internships with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and projects related to water economics and public health, he held key positions with the Sonoma County Economic Development Board, Sonoma County Business Environmental Alliance, Assemblyman Joe Nation and Redwood Credit Union.   Raised in the Roseland area of Santa Rosa after living in Mexico City, Carrillo’s public service résumé includes Santa Rosa Gang Prevention Task Force, Health Action Sonoma County, the Center for Volunteer and Nonprofit Leadership of Marin, Habitat for Humanity and the Southwest Community Health Center—and that’s not even mentioning his numerous volunteer efforts.

   

Ashle Crocker, Vice President

Ashle Crocker is a senior attorney with Thomas Law Group.  Ashle was formerly a partner and served of-counsel to Remy, Thomas, Moose and Manley in Sacramento.  Her practice includes environmental, land use and natural resource litigation, including compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act, National Environmental Policy Act, Subdivision Map Act, California Endangered Species Act and the Williamson Act.   Ashle was named as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers magazine  in 2010 and 2011.  She is an active member of the California, Sacramento and Sonoma County Bar Associations and Sonoma County Women in Law.  Ashle is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Cruz and the University of San Francisco School of Law.  She was raised in Sonoma County and currently  lives  in Santa Rosa with her family.

   

Mark Dolan, Board Member

Mark Dolan has been an engineer in automotive, optics, and medical device industries.  For over 10 years as a biomedical engineer, Mark has developed innovative manufacturing technologies, medical devices and created novel therapies at Medtronic.  When not at work, Mark enjoys time with his family and friends, improving our community through the United Way, and raising bees.  Mark holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara and a post graduate degree at USC.

   
Julie Ratto, Board Member
 
Julie Ratto has over 10 years experience in clinical and pharmacological research, as well as medical nutrition therapy and patient education. In 2004, Julie left the medical industry to raise her family, which now includes two young daughters. Julie has been an active member of the Junior League of Napa-Sonoma for nearly 10 years, including serving on the Board for 3 years and is also a volunteer with the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Julie holds a BS Degree in Biochemistry and is a Registered Dietitian.
   
Elizabeth Traverso, Board Member
 
Elizabeth Traverso holds a B.A. in Communications from Hollins College inRoanoke, Virginia as well as a Master of Elementary Education from Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She taught first grade in Boston at an inner city elementary school. Currently Elizabeth is active with Alumni Relations/Fundraising at Brewster Academy, her boarding school, in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire. Elizabeth also is active with fundraising for Live Oak Preschool in Healdsburg, California. She resides in Healdsburg with her husband and son.

Communications, marketing and research expertise specializing in travel and destination marketing. Previous experience with NGO international development, as well as non-profit communications and news writing. Learning something new every day.    
   
 

Stacey Carlo, Board Member

Stacey has been a member for the Junior League of Napa Sonoma for at least the past five years where she has been very active serving on numerous committees and the board.  She worked as a supervising probation officer in Sonoma County and her husband is a police officer who is also pursuing a law degree.  Stacey is the daughter of Joanne and Gordon Dow and was very active in organizing and hosting, along with her mother, the house part on the 7th of April for the CMOSC. Currently, Stacey has just completed a 3 month wine sommelier course and passed a rigorous certification.  She is interested in starting her own business at some point in the near future.  
   

Matthew Williams, Treasurer

Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Sonoma State University. He is a licensed CPA in the State of California and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He is a manager with the North Bay public accounting firm of Pisenti and Brinker LLP. Prior to joining Pisenti & Brinker, Matt was a Senior Accountant in the San Francisco office of Deloitte & Touche, LLP. Matt resides in Petaluma, CA with his wife Shawn and their two daughters. In his leisure time he enjoys hiking, golf, and the beach.   
   

Brete C. Harrison, Vice President

 
With some forty plus years in publishing and media, spanning educational and consumer markets, Brete is an experienced, general manager/executive and serial corporate and personal entrepreneur, having seen successful organizations evolve from idea to start-up, mid-stage through maturity, including IPO and merger/acquisition.  Starting his publishing and media career with McGraw-Hill, he moved corporately with management and executive roles at West Publishing, Holt, Rinehart & Winston, CBS, and Burgess Group.  His career has lead to professional and personal interest in culinary and wine publishing and as an editor and writer, he has had a long running, by-lined, weekly national food feature column with Universal Press Syndicate, Cooking A to Z. Living in Sonoma County since the 1970's with his wife, Jean, father of two grown children, now a grand parent, he has had a continuing interest in education and child development, including a long-term board role on Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital's PACE.
   

Diane Zimmerman, Board Member

Diane received a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of California, Davis in 1972 and went on to earn several advanced degrees: a Master's degree in Communicative Disorders from the University of the Pacific in Stockton; a Master's Degree in Organizational Development and a Doctorate in Human and Organizational Systems from The Fielding Institute in Santa Barbara; and an Administrative credential from California State University, Sacramento. She served as a speech and language teacher for the University of California, Davis Extension program, and subsequently taught educational leadership courses for CSUS and a curriculum and leadership course for California State University, Sonoma.

 

As an Administrator, Diane  served as the principal and the Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources in the Patwin Elementary School in the Davis Joint Unified School District before becoming a Superintendent of the Petaluma Old Adobe district in 2002.
