How do I get started?
Start now, by noticing your attention. That's right, your attention on these words. Imagine bringing your attention back into your head while continuing to read. Now, notice the distance between you and the monitor. You can be aware of something without giving it your attention. Being able to 'own' your attention rather than allowing those around you or events around you to 'own' it, is a good first step.
